Business Language Training
Experience
We have been teaching business language programs since 2000. Our clients have included the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, Canadian Wildlife Federation, New Look Eyewear, and many other private, public, and non-profit organizations. We have taught in private, small group, and large group formats, both in our classrooms and on-site.
Effective Training Plans
We tailor our business language training plans to suit the needs of our clients by integrating relevant, typical work situations, which ensure that students can apply their training directly on the job. Our plans include a high level of student interaction, while ensuring that we meet individual student learning objectives. Groups have found that our French training is great for team building.
We have provided our clients with a variety of training solutions including: curricula developed for general business communication, sales and customer service group training, and language preparation for specific speaking engagements.

Flexible, Adaptive Solutions
We care about your success. During the initial plan design, we carefully evaluate and assess your current level as well as your requirements to ensure we understand your needs. Our teachers are carefully selected and trained to deliver
engaging, effective plans. We often find that business
language plans need to evolve over time, so we remain
very flexible in accommodating necessary changes.
We also review and communicate your progress,
and we regularly survey teachers, students and
clients for suggestions to improve plan
effectiveness.
Training Locations
We normally teach clients at our training centre
in Kanata or on-site at their workplace. We also
offer training through live online distance education.
